2026 SUMMER CAMP

Camp Dates

Pre-Camp Days: June 3-5

Session 1: June 8-12
Session 2: June 15-18 (No camp June 19th)
Session 3: June 22-26

Session 4: June 29 - July 3
Session 5: July 6-10

Session 6: July 13-17

Session 7: July 20-24

Session 8: July 27-31

Camp Options

Traditional Camp

Traditional Camp is for youth ages 5-12 years old. Traditional camp will participate in a series of educational activities tied in with summer camp fun. Camp activities include: Swimming 2 days per week, nature activities, gym games, camp songs, group/camper choice activities like field games, dance, yoga, gaga pit, and more! Campers will also take part in field trips. Traditional camp drop off is 7am-8:20am and pick up is 4pm-5:30pm.

Specialty Camps

All Specialty Camps run from 8:30am - 1pm (earliest drop off is 7:00am) and includes lunch, unless noted otherwise. Extra hours (1pm - 5:30 pm) are an additional $40/per week per child (space is limited). Extra hours includes swimming, field and gym games, reading enrichment and crafts. Camp Fees

Registration Fee: $40/child (one time fee)
Traditional Camp : $160 Y member / $200 non-member per week
Specialty Camps: Range from $175 Y member / $210 non-member depending on the camp.
Add-On “Extra Hours” for those in Specialty Camps: $40/week (space is limited)

Please note: The first two weeks of camp is due upon registration as well as the registration fee. All other payments will be scheduled two weeks at a time and a week in advance.

Registration

YMCA members can register early for summer camps beginning April 28th. If you wish to become a member to gain access to early camp registration you MUST DO SO ON OR BEFORE APRIL 27TH.

On April 29th, registration will be open to the general public on a first come-first serve basis.

There will be no online registration. You may register in person at our Port Royal Facility. If registering in person is not possible, you can call our main phone line 843-522-9622 and attempt to register however, please be aware that priority will be given to those who register in person.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available for qualified individuals for Traditional and Discovery Kids Enrichment Camp only. You must apply for financial assistance & receive a status email from Y staff BEFORE registering for camp. THE 2026 FINANCIAL AID PACKET DEADLINE IS APRIL 20TH. If you were approved for financial assistance in 2024 or 2025, you do not need to re-apply. Please click on the link below to download the financial aid form:
