We're excited to announce screenings for our upcoming Preschool year are now open! Please note that all new and returning students will need to complete a screening interview in order to enroll in the upcoming school year. This screening process will be a great opportunity to get to know our teachers, ask questions about our curriculum, see the facility and assure our program will be a good fit for your child. Discovery Preschool
We are a fully-licensed preschool program following the Creative Curriculum. The 3 and 4-year old class is led by certified teachers and we offer affordable monthly rates as well as financial assistance to families who qualify. Day camps are also available for an additional cost when school is closed.
Creative Curriculum
Students enrolled in the Discovery Kids Preschool will be taught by certified teachers using The Creative Curriculum.
This research based, nationally utilized curriculum is also used in pre-kindergarten classrooms in the Beaufort County School District. In addition to being well prepared to enter kindergarten, children will be encouraged to become enthusiastic, confident, independent learners. The Discovery Kids Preschool is a comprehensive children’s program based on the fundamental factors of child development in social/emotional, physical, cognitive, and language growth.
