Senior Shape up is an excellent class for those who are either new or getting back to physical activity. The class has a bit of everything. Aerobics and lightweight bearing exercises, balance and flexibility, ending with stretching. This is an entry-level class.
Get Started Stay Active!
This is a twelve week program that is free to all Y members. The program consists of an initial fitness assessment, a personalized exercise plan and a follow-up assessment.
