Enhance Fitness is a 16-week program geared toward older adults, and those with a chronic condition, such as arthritis, need not worry; you’ll never have to do anything that hurts. This program aims to give you more energy, better balance, increase upper and lower body strength as well as your range of motion. This program is FREE for YMCA members but we ask that participants commit to the FULL 16-week program and attend all classes. YOU MUST PREREGISTER FOR THIS CLASS!
